Announcing our $2.5M seed round!

We are excited to announce Serif Health's $2.5M seed round to help us build the future of healthcare pricing and contracting! We are thrilled to be backed by a great team of investors with deep experience working alongside leading healthcare and enterprise software companies, including 1984 Ventures, Olive Tree Capital, Rebel Fund, and Y Combinator. Our angel investors include engineering, product, and operations leaders from Dropbox, HotelTonight, Airbnb, Pilot, Webflow, Path, and more. We have also been fortunate to have the support of numerous friends and family in the fundraising process.  

Since our initial price intelligence product launch in February, we've been hard at work fundraising while continuing to build out new features and improved analytics alongside our early development partners. As part of this process, we have sharpened our vision and scope - to build the infrastructure for transparent pricing and contract management in healthcare. While this starts with market intelligence and analytics, improving the contracting process requires automating and streamlining the end-to-end contracting and enrollment process between healthcare providers and insurance plans.

We believe that a solution that combines price intelligence with contracting efficiency can reduce the price disparities that exist today and better align incentives between healthcare providers and health plans to ultimately help you - the patients - get the best value care for your needs.

Changing the healthcare status quo won't be an easy task, but with the support and guidance of an incredible investor team who share our vision, we are looking forward to rolling up our sleeves and building out an amazing team to tackle the fundamental problems of payor-provider contracting and relations.
